年明け早々に、ベスト・アルバム、『Fresh（フレッシュ）』と、コラボレーション・アルバム『Fever(フィーヴァー)』を二枚同時発売したデトロイト７。 ここ数年で、日本はもちろん、アメリカやヨーロッパでのツアーを重ね、海外でも高い評価を得てきている彼女たちのライブは相変わらず凄い。演奏時間のほんの数十分という時間で、見る者を虜にさせるパワーはどこでも健在だ。この日も、ライブが終わってもその余韻でフロアのオーディエンスの熱は冷めず、興奮した可愛い女子や坊主頭の男子たちがデトロイトについて「最高！最高！！」と絶賛しあっていた。 そして、今年もまた３月からその魅力を放ちに海を越える彼女たち。全部で１９カ所を廻るヨーロッパツアーだ。ツアーでバンドは成長するという言葉の通り、春にまた日本に戻って来た時には一段とたくましく、美しく、そして強くなっているであろう３人を楽しみに待とうと思う。 -->Slunky Side comment and photos by sam |
