昨年末から2年間のライヴ活動休止期間に入ったシアター・ブルック。今年からはソロ活動メインでやっていくタイジさんのライヴが、弾き語り、バンドスタイルの2部構成で行われました。
弾き語りではオリジナル曲にU2などのカヴァーを織りまぜながらのセット。バスドラを踏み込みながらの独特なスタイルから繰り出される世界はひとりとは思えないスケール感を感じさせました。 そして、バンド・セットではベースにウエノコウジ、ドラムに恒岡章と超強力なリズム隊との組み合わせで登場。当然ですが、シアターとはまた違ったグルーヴ感。スリーピースってのがまたかっこいいですねぇ。ストレートでバンド結成時の新人バンド特有のエネルギーと熟練バンドの上手さをあわせもつこのレジェンダリー・バンド！ このライヴ、まさに伝説的な瞬間でした！
