活動歴十数年にしての初のワンマンというこの日、そこにはenvyの世界が会場中に広がっていて、その崇高なる光景の美しさに圧倒されるばかりだった。 鳴り響く音は勿論、メンバーのたたずまいや演奏する姿、観客が共に歌い叫びながら振り上げる拳、終演して機材が片付けられても鳴りやまない拍手、メンバーが「ありがとう。気をつけて帰って」と言う最後の最後まで、何から何までが美しかった。それがenvyの世界だった。私には写す事も表す事も出来ない程にすべてが美しかった。 ほとんどのバンドは「ワンマンライブをやる」ことや「アルバムを作る」ことを当たり前のように頻繁に繰り返していると思うが、envyはこれまでずっとワンマンライブをやる事もなくアルバムも多くは出していない。でも、それには理由があるのが何となくわかった。 おそろしく果てしなく突き詰め続けているのだ。音楽というものを。人間というものを。 だからきっとenvyのライブを観ると心が揺さぶられるのだ。その孤高なる美しさに涙が出そうになるのだ。 comment and photos by saya38 |
