私の知らないザ・50回転ズが目の前にいた。 この日から遡ること一週間前。帰国後の彼等を見る為に奈良ネバーランドへ足を運んだ私は、今までに観たことのない50回転ズを体験してしまった。写真を撮ることも忘れて、ただただ圧倒されてしまったのだ。 アメリカツアーを含め、相当量のライブをこなしてきた彼等が積み上げてきたものは、この日のライブにも見てとれた。ステージに現れた彼等には風格さえも感じられ、底上げされた体力が打ち出す最高のエンターテイメントは、今までザ・50回転ズというバンドに張り付いていた外見優位なイメージを崩して余りある、楽曲の存在感によって完成されていた。 もちろん、視覚をともなってこその彼等の魅力でもあり、表情豊かに一瞬で客の心を掴んでしまうMCやライブ構成にも、魅せられた。 長いツアーの先に、ニューシングル、ニューアルバム発売、レコ発ワンマンライブと３人の旅はまだまだ続いていく。彼等がこれからどう変化していくのか、引き続き追っかけていきたいと思う。 comment and photos by tommy |
