【SAVE The TOWN & The EARTH！音楽で街と地球を救え！】と名付けられたのが今回のイヴェントだ。かつてロッキン・オンという雑誌を立ち上げ、アトミック・カフェと呼ばれる反核フェスティヴァルを企画したり、フジ・ロックでNGOを中心としたエリアの中心人物として動いているのが大久保青志氏。元都議会議員だった彼が、次回の東京都議会選挙に打って出るというので、彼を応援する人たちが集まってトークと音楽で盛り上げていこうというのが今回の趣らしい。 日頃は接することのない、お琴の音楽や、純然たる民謡に、「面白いなぁ」と感動したり、便利と思わされている都市化計画が、実は、環境のみならず、我々の生活そのものを破壊しているということを教えられたりという意味では、いいイヴェントだったとは思うが、なにかがかみ合っていないという違和感があった。 さぁて、それがなにだったんだろうか... と説明を求められれば、明白なものとして、言葉で説明ができないというもどかしさを感じる。ただひとつ言えるのは、それぞれの個人が「政治」や「社会」それに、「経済」に向かい合うとき、あくまで「私」がその当事者なんだという意識と認識を持たなければいけないということ。ただ、どこかでそれが希薄だと感じることがある。 それがどこから来るのか、ちょいと考えてみようとは思っているんだが、面白いのはその全てを越えて、明白なヴィジョンと意識を届けてくれたのが「音楽」だったこと。そんな発見が嬉しかった。 comment and photos by hanasan |
