The opening act:
The Delays played a quick tight set of airy melodies and harmonies under laid by bubbly synth and intermittently broken by boom chug chug rhythms. With scraggly haircuts that could fit right in on the streets of Tokyo, their sweet songs could end them up on the big stage with a large audience of screaming young girls. And with lyrics like "One night away", "Tomorrow I'll be there" and "Cause we like you" you can't help but wondering if that's exactly what they are angling to do with this Beatlesque act.
