2007年のDMA（Danish Music Awardｓ）にて最優秀エレクトロニカ作曲家賞と最優秀プロデューサー賞の2つを受賞したTrentemøller（トレンドゥムラー）はDJとしても名の知れる存在。リミックスもかなり手がけていて、国内だけでなくオーストラリアやヨーロッパ内、台湾に渡ってリリースがある。日本でも知る人は知るという存在である模様。ライブではTrentemøller in Concert（トレンドゥムラー・イン・コンサート）というユニットの形で演奏。そのメンバーには先ほど出演したMikael Simpson（ミカエル・シンプソン）も含まれている。
この日彼らは小さいほうのテント・ステージでヘッドライナーとして登場。もう日が暮れていたのでテント内はすっかりクラブっぽい雰囲気。音楽的にはただ単にエレクトロ系ダンスと言うよりも、アンビエンスやロックの要素も含んでいる。怪しげなアンダーグラウンドな雰囲気がありながらも、研ぎ澄まされたアートの感覚もある。ステージ後方のバックドロップに映像を写しながらの演奏なのだが、時々テントの天井一面に赤い星のような映像も映し出す。なにやら別世界のような雰囲気だった。音楽が空間を作っているっていう感じがあって、そこに浮遊しているのが気持ちよいと感じさせるっていうのか．．． -->Mew comment and photos by emi |
