ダイ！ダイ！ダイ！はニュー・ジーランド出身。Mumm-Ra（マムラ）の一部のツアーでサポートをしたりと、すでにUK内でライブをしている。彼らはパンク系インディー・ロック・バンド。とにかくクレイジーな彼らのライブのことは噂では聞いていたが．．．
本当にすごかった。ステージ前にある臨時の柵の存在がかなり居心地悪かったらしい。最初はそれでも普通に演奏していたのだが、いたたまれなくなってステージと柵の間にマイクスタンドを移動させて観客へと近づいて歌いだす。ところがそれでも我慢できなかったらしく、突然プチッと切れてしまったかのように柵を破壊し、観客の中へと乱入し、そこらじゅうをのた打ち回る。ヴェニュー内は比較的空いていて観客達もおとなしかったのだが、わぁっと逃げる人、近づいていって押しくらまんじゅう状態の中に飛び込んでいく人、とぐちゃぐちゃになっていた。 もしこれでフルキャパまで埋まってて、更にティーンエイジャーの集団がいたらすごいことになっていただろう。しかしすごいライブをする奴らだったりする。驚きであった。 -->Captain comment and photos by emi |
